Ronald Hooft of design firm Prast/Hooft signed on to create Restaurant & Vinoteca Gustavino. This establishment welcomes guests with an atmosphere of relaxation, an interior that takes your breath away.
On the lively Zuid As, Gustavino stands out, with its imposing glass facade and open, white marble kitchen including a large wood-burning oven. Above the kitchen adorn copper spheres, while hundreds of bicycle lights form a twinkling chandelier, visually enriching the space and making it a true spectacle.
The exclusive PH1 chair designed especially for Gustavino was developed by Lensvelt in close collaboration with designer Ronald Hooft. The PH1 chair is characterized by a robust look and open construction, complemented by tough upholstery and a rough finish. The upholstery catches the eye with its detailed outward facing seams. The chairs applied for Gustavino are in white, olive green and brown leather.
