Edward van Vliet

Edward van Vliet is well known amongst contemporary Dutch designers. The everyday realities and the world around him is his primary source of inspiration. His designs are meant to create new worlds in which the design harmonizes with its surroundings. Edward creates his unique designs by continuously combining nine key elements in different ways. His nine points of focus are: patterns, layers, nature, cultures, materials, colors, tradition, light and treasures.

He is recognized by the top design brands and hospitality groups worldwide. He also has a book of his work and vision on destination design, ‘Creating Worlds’ that was published and sold internationally back in 2014.
